Radhika has over 17 years of experience as a practical and organized professional with excellent administrative and schedule management skills to provide premium support to facilitate the attainment of defined goals.

Radhika is an HR / Administration Director with Vitta Financial Analysis & Consultancy LLC since its inception in March 2018. She serves as the primary contact for external offices and assists on special projects. Radhika has proven to be indispensable in organizing scheduling and managing schedules to improve office support.

Before joining Vitta, Radhika worked with RGA Group (Balade Farms Food Industries LLC) for 3 years as an Accounts Assistant. She oversaw Accounts Receivable; follow up on payments, Managing Customer Relationships by having day-to-day interactions with customers, Payroll Disbursement, Direct Administration support to the Management and the Finance Team.

Radhika has worked with Mont Blanc (Rivoli Group LLC), Dubai, U.A.E. as Boutique Manager from 2007 – 2012. The key Manager with 5 years of achievement and demonstrated success in Luxury Retail operations, Sales & Marketing, Business Development, and CRM. A professional with verifiable year after year success, driving sales growth while providing award-winning sales leadership within start-up, turnaround, and rapid-change environments. An Out-of-the-Box thinker with a flair for charting out marketing strategies and contributing towards enhancing business volumes & growth and achieving revenue and profitability norms.
