Arindam has over twenty five years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, and Client Relationship Management. Arindam has successfully raised more than a Billion US Dollars in Private Equity & direct placement transactions and has concluded over another Billion Dollars in Equity Finance transactions over his career. Arindam brings a wealth of knowledge with his vast experience in the GCC region.

Arindam is the Managing Director of AB Holdings Ltd, the family office of Arindam Bose and his family. Through his family offices Arindam invested in over 20 portfolio companies in venture and seed rounds in sectors such as healthcare, technology, F&B and IOT. This has taken Arindam across the world, and he currently maintains offices in the UAE, USA, Austria, and India.

Arindam is presently the Managing Director & Board Member of Vitta Holdings Limited, a boutique investment advisor specializing across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.

Arindam currently sits on the Board of Vitta Financial Analysis & Consultancy (Dubai, UAE), Velocitas Partners (Delaware, USA), Uluru Inc. (Delaware, USA) which was listed on the Nasdaq, General Stores & Engineering Company (India), Agile Financial Technologies (Mauritius), Carving Futures Pte Limited (Singapore) – The Holding company for Mom’s Belief in India, Karu Design & Marketing (India), Carpediem Capital Advisor (Mauritius), and RG Stone Hospitals Group (India).

Previously, he was the General Manager at Al Etihad Financial Advisors and a Partner at Al Masah Capital, a UAE-based investment fund with over USD 1.5 Billion under management in the MENA region. Formerly, Arindam was a Director in the Global Banking & Markets Group at Royal Bank of Scotland. Arindam’s other notable roles include International Private Banking at Coutts & Company, The National Investor, Government of Dubai, and The World Bank Group.

Arindam holds a bachelor’s in engineering as well as a Masters in Relationship Management. Arindam registered with the FSA after completing his IMC exams conducted by the UK Society of Investment Professionals.
